Kim Kardashian Focuses On Kids Amid Kanye West Divorce Drama

Kanye West allegedly refuses to cooperate with Kim Kardashian. And as the reality TV mom focuses on their children, West just reportedly ignored a deposition scheduled this month. As a result, Kanye gets only one more chance to show up, according to TMZ.

TMZ reviewed legal documents showing that Kim’s attorneys planned to question him on November 16. But West never appeared. And now both sides have agreed the deposition will take place on November 29 at 9:30 AM. However, if Kanye ignores that date as well, he could face serious consequences. For instance, the judge may view West as uncooperative during the trial on December 14.

But one possibility remains ahead of that mid-December trial. And that involves Kim and Kanye coming together to create a settlement agreement. However, given West’s previous history of refusing to cooperate, it seems unlikely. And it also raises questions about who will represent West. Because while Laura Wasser represents Kim, Kanye repeatedly hires and loses attorneys, now numbering at least five.

Nearly two years have passed since Kardashian filed for divorce. But though a judge signed the paperwork to make both Kim and Kanye single, custody issues and asset divisions remain. And Wasser needs Kanye’s deposition to determine the conflicts and witnesses.

However, some recently saw a hopeful sign in Kardashian and West chatting together at their son Saint’s football game. But problems repeatedly occur from Kanye’s public antisemitic remarks. As a result, Kim struggles on how to keep co-parenting smoothly.

“No matter what we’re going through, I always want my kids to be around their dad as much as possible,” shared Kardashian via People. And an insider shared that Kanye “wants the best for his kids.” West hopes to do what he can “so the kids can be happy,” added the source.

The four children possess very different personalities, according to Kim. For instance, 9-year-old North West has become famous as the most outspoken. And Saint West, age 6, behaves like a spunky mini version of Kanye. At 4, Chicago West behaves like the “ultimate princess,” shared her proud mother. And little Psalm, age 3, “has helped everyone come together. So now everyone gets along,” revealed Kardashian.
