CBS The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers divulge that actress Tina Huang is back in Los Angeles as Dr. Campbell which has led to all kinds of mad speculation about the reason for her comeback. Does it have to do with Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and a paternity scandal?
We know that he is involved in a super sizzling storyline in the New Year, so is there a connection here between these two characters?

In the past Dr. Campbell (Tina Huang) was the lucky doc who got to deliver the news about Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) paternity test. That was when she had no idea who the baby daddy was, Dollar Bill or his son Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton)—nothing live keeping it in the family!
It could be that Dr. Campbell would be needed to once again enlighten Steffy on who’s the daddy. This time around however, the contest is between Liam and Dr. Finn (Tanner Novlan)—no judgements!
B&B Spoilers – Steffy Forrester Has Had A Lot Of Drama In Her Life
Here’s what we know so far. Bill will be involved in a big story in early 2021, the same time Dr. Campbell returns. But it’s also possible that Katie Logan (Heather Tom) once again gets a major illness which would also necessitate a doctor.
We haven’t seen these two in some time, but perhaps they have been busy working on their strained marriage off camera?

Remember when Liam and Bill were talking about Steffy recently and Bill said he still thinks about Steffy? Liam didn’t like the sound of that, but it could be that Bill is thinking of her out of guilt. He did run her over with his car after all!
Following that accident she got hooked on pain pills and had to go to rehab which is how she got involved with Finn. Ironically she declared her love for the hunky doc right before she slept with Liam. Fans were led to believe that Finn’s arrival meant the end of the revolving door between Steffy and Liam and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) but so far, no dice.
It now appears that Finn and Hope will rebound after finding out about Steam. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
