The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, December 29, tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Elena Dawson) will mull their dinner options over drinks at the Grand Phoenix. Nate will want to get a room and order room service, which will surprise Elena. Eventually, Elena will agree, and she and Nate will enjoy dinner together in a suite.

But after dinner, Elena will feel awkward, and she’ll tell Nate that she’s just not ready, and that she’s still feeling guilty about having hurt Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). Elena will wonder if their relationship will ever be what Nate wants it to be. Elena will take off, with Nate texting her later asking her to let him know that she made it home ok.

Next on Y&R, at Crimson Lights, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will ask Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) with some help picking out her earrings for Rey and Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) wedding tomorrow. Soon, Jordan (Madison Thompson) will walk in and ignore Faith completely. Faith will try to apologize to Jordan for not being able to steal the vodka from Society, but Jordan won’t be having it.

Mariah will try to engage Jordan in a discussion about her “partying” with Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), but Jordan will be terse with Mariah, too. Jordan will take off, saying that she’s going to study, and Faith will immediately rip into Mariah for bringing up partying. Mariah will wonder whether Faith really cares what Jordan thinks.

Y&R Spoilers – Rey Rosales Checks In On Chance Chancellor

Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will go to see Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) at the Chancellor mansion. Rey will give Chance updates on the legal case against Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico), and he’ll indicate that he feels sorry for Alyssa, who became another victim of Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

Meanwhile, at Sharon’s house, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will wish Sharon well on her wedding to Rey tomorrow. Nick will vow to always be there for Sharon as a friend and a co-parent to Faith. Sharon and Nick will also discuss how Faith will be staying in Genoa City and not returning to boarding school next semester, which will be good considering the acting out that Faith has been doing.

Next on Y&R, Rey will return home, and he and Sharon will go out for a walk, while Faith takes the opportunity to go to the bar and fill up her portable tumbler with vodka from Sharon’s stash. Faith will text Jordan, saying, “Hope I see you tomorrow – I’ve got a surprise for you.”

Over at Jabot, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will talk with Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman). Sally will tell Lauren about how her parents basically abandoned her and dropped her and her sister Coco Spectra (Courtney Grosbeck) with their grandmother to raise. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will stand at the door, overhearing this exchange.

Later, Lauren will want Sally to reach out to Summer Newman (Hunter King) about Jabot Collective business, and Sally will divulge that there’s some friction between her and Summer, and that it all started due to Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson). Jack will say that Sally doesn’t need to be in the middle of Abbott family drama, and he’ll offer to talk to Summer for Sally.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott’s Idea Takes Chance Chancellor By Surprise

Next on Y&R, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will discuss Billy’s new idea for Chancellor Communications at Society. Billy will want to do a story about Lily and how she worked to exonerate him and find the person who actually shot at Adam. Lily won’t want that, and she’ll say they should focus on Chance instead.

Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will overhear the conversation, and she’ll like the idea. Chance will walk in, and he’ll be uncomfortable getting all the praise and having his name associated with Adam. Billy will offer to let Chance share the spotlight with other heroes in the story, which Chance will like.

Y&R Spoilers – Lily Winters & Billy Abbott Are On The Same Page

Finally, on Tuesday’s new episode of Y&R, Lily and Billy will head back to the Grand Phoenix, and Lily will mention that she and Abby talked about Abby and Chance starting a family over at Society. Lily will wonder if Billy wants more kids and Billy will say no. Lily will be relieved, and she and Billy will go upstairs for nightcap.
