General Hospital Spoilers And Recap Monday, January 4 – Carly Has Pushed Jason Into A Corner; Alexis and Ava Spar

General Hospital: Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober)ABC General Hospital spoilers and recap for Monday, January 4, 2020, reveals in Port Charles, NY Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) tells Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) that he couldn’t shoot Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) because of her.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Is Left With Carly Corinthos’s Mess

Jason says this will make them more vulnerable. Cyrus arrives at the mansion. Carly answers the door to Cyrus. Cyrus asks Jason where his mother is. Jason has no idea what Cyrus is talking about. Jason promises to make some inquires. Jason tells Cyrus that this isn’t getting him any closer to finding his mother. Cyrus tells Carly she doesn’t seem too upset over Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) disappearance. Cyrus tells Jason that Sonny would have never kidnapped an elderly woman to ensure his good behavior.

Jason tells Cyrus to leave. Jason asks Carly if she took Cyrus’ mother, she said they needed leverage and now they have it. Jason demands answers from Carly. Carly tells Jason that Laura is the one who brought up Cyrus’ mother. Carly had Cyrus’ mother to a safehouse. Carly has Bobbie Spencer (Jackie Zeman) watching over Cyrus’ mother. Jason either takes Cyrus’s mother back or Carly stays out of this. Jason never thought he would cross this line and Carly did it for him.

GH Spoilers – Ava Jerome Goes After Alexis Davis

General Hospital Ava Cassadine (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) goes to Charlie’s Pub. Ava talks about how much Julian Jerome (ex-William deVry) loved Charlie’s. Nik and Ava talk about how great of a match they are. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) shows up and Ava asks if she’s decided she wants Julian back now that it’s too late. Ava continues to goad Alexis. Alexis tells Nik she has the right to be angry with people who hurt Julian while he was alive. Nik tells Ava that being cruel doesn’t help anything.

Ava says Julian wouldn’t want her lasing out at Alexis. Ava says that her and Nik’s marriage may have started as blackmail, however, they have developed a relationship. Alexis tells Nik this always ends the same way, with them at each other’s throats. Ava pours herself and Alexis a drink. Alexis ass if Nik sees all of Ava now that they are together. Ava tells Alexis that Nik sees all of her. Alexis talks about how intoxicating it is to be with someone you know you shouldn’t be with. Alexis says Ava is wrong about Julian and her. Alexis says Julian was bad for her. Alexis loved being with Julian because he was poison.

Alexis suggests Ava and Nik will be the same. Nik tells Ava and Alexis to stop. Nik says he and Ava are nothing like her and Julian. Nik offers to take Alexis home, she refuses. Alexis says the fun will end at some point and they will be looking over their shoulder to see who’s lying for who. Alexis says this will eventually because exhausting. Alexis says Ava and Nik are addicts just like her. Ava asks if Alexis got off alright. Nik says he put Alexis in a car. Alexis will probably go back to drinking regardless. Nik says Alexis is wrong, they will never do what Alexis and Julian did to each other.

General Hospital Spoilers – Portia Robinson Offers Jordan Ashford Advice

General Hospital Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) runs into Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) in Mac Scorpio’s (John J. York) office. Portia needs to speak to Marcus Taggert (Asante Jones/Real Andrews) before he is released. Jordan claims to have been trying to protect Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla). Portia says Jordan has taken Taggert from Trina twice. Portia says she deserved to know that truth. Jordan said she made the choice that saved the most lives.

Jordan says she’s keeping Taggert in custody and charging him with fraud. Jordan plans to arrange a private visitation for Trina. Portia tells Jordan about her conversation with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Portia hopes that Jordan can fix what she’s screwed up with Curtis. Portia tells Jordan that she loved Marcus very much but realized their marriage always came second. Portia says she and Taggert broke up because he shut her out of his life. Portia doesn’t wish that on her or Curtis.

GH Spoilers – Jax Jacks Wants Jocelyn Jacks To Leave Town

General Hospital Jasper Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) wants Jocelyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to go back to Australia with him. Jocelyn refuses to go with Jax. Jax wonders why Carly hasn’t talked Jocelyn into leaving with him. Jocelyn refuses to leave her mother and sisters. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) tells Jax he needs to work out an agreement with his daughter and not her mother. Jax talks to Nina about Jocelyn’s decision. Nina tells Jax that Jocelyn is wise and mature. Nina tells Jax that this is not Jocelyn’s reality right now. Nina tells Jax that forcing Jocelyn to leave town is not the right decision. Nina says they cannot compare their kids because she doesn’t know her daughter. Nina reminds Jax that Jocelyn is eighteen and he cannot force her to leave.

General Hospital Spoilers – Laura Collins Wants Answers

General Hospital Laura Collins (Genie Frances) meets with Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight). Laura wants leverage against Cyrus. Martin tells Laura that he has to make decisions based on the facts. Laura wonders if she read Martin wrong and he’s working with Cyrus after all. Martin says he doesn’t work for Cyrus but he owes him for taking care of their mother. Martin understands that Laura considers Port Charles as a family too. Martin refuses to be Laura’s friend or ally. Cyrus comes to the Metrocourt and blames Laura for his mother’s disappearance.

Laura tells Cyrus she would never put his mother in harm’s way. Laura asks if they have proof that Jason is behind this. Laura tells Cyrus that Jason wouldn’t let anything happen to his mother. Laura vows to get to the bottom of this. Cyrus tells Laura that the fact that she’s his sister will not save her if something happens to his mother. Martin has never seen Cyrus so afraid. Martin says is his mother dying worries him or her never forgiving him. Laura goes to speak to Carly, Jason says she is out. Laura says Jason will do.
