Royal Family News – Prince William Is The Real Deal

Body language expert Judi James made her comments after Prince William talked to NHS workers on Friday during a video call with staff at a London hospital. She critiqued the clip for Express.co.uk saying that William’s mannerisms on virtual engagements have changed.

During the call Prince William said, “You’re all in my thoughts and Catherine and I, and all the children, talk about all of you guys every day. So we’re making sure the children understand the sacrifices that all of you are making.”

According to Judi, “The video conference style of our business and social conversations during the pandemic has changed the way we all communicate, but for the royals that change has been even more profound and important.”

Judi said that video calls and virtual engagements have prompted younger royals like William to drop some of their traditional mannerisms. She said that the use of technology during the pandemic has, “levelled the playing field,” by putting everyone on a similar plane and erasing the traditional barriers between royals and the public.
