The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers and recap for Wednesday, January 13, 2020, reveals in Los Angeles opens at the cabin where Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) receives another shocking blow from Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). Liam swells with hope after she says she’ll give him one more chance for the sake of the children. Hope wants to put his night with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) behind them.

Liam worries that might not be possible. He believes they can heal and keep their family together, but their family may be growing. Liam admits that Steffy is pregnant. Hope realizes that he wasn’t going to tell the truth until he realized that Steffy might be carrying his child. She’s livid that Liam gave up on them, betrayed their vows, and put their future in jeopardy. She’s not sure she can forgive him if Steffy is pregnant with his baby.

At the cliff house, Finn Finnegan (Tanner Dovlan) tries to process Steffy’s confession. He struggles to forgive her for letting her ex into her bed, especially given her lingering feelings for Liam. Steffy begs for another chance. Steffy is willing to put in the work to regain Finn’s trust. Finn is hurt, angry, and confused, but he doesn’t walk away when things get difficult. He’s grateful she told the truth. He says that forgiveness is the goal, because his relationship with Steffy is the goal. What they have is worth fighting for.

Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) flies off the handle when her sister defies her wishes. takes the job at the Forrester Foundation, and celebrates by kissing Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz). Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) tries to understand how a positive step in her love life makes anything worse for Zoe. She yearns for her sister to be happy for her.

Zoe says she’s trying protect Paris from getting hurt. She’ll just be the rebound after Zende’s divorce. Paris calls her sister on her hypocrisy. Zoe can rebound from Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) to Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) to Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) without blinking an eye, but Zende is off limits to Paris. Paris says that she won’t step on Zoe’s toes.

Paris suspects something more is going on with Zoe. She asks if Zoe is jealous. She notes how often Zoe brings up Carter’s title as COO in conversation. Does Zoe see Carter for who he really is? The Forresters and Carter are more than their money and status.
