The Young And The Restless Spoilers Thursday, January 14: Nate Mulls Over An Offer – Victoria Manipulates Billy – Abby Gets Horrible News

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, January 14, tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will have another physical therapy session with Dr. Lena Cavett (Dana Sparks) at the penthouse. Dr. Cavett will want Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to leave during the session, so he’ll head out in short order.

Meanwhile, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will tell Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) at the Grand Phoenix that she’s just received a restraining order to stay away from Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey). Amanda will be furious, but she’ll soon get a text from Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) calling her into work. Amanda will head upstairs to her suite to get ready to go to the office.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nate Hastings Considers A Big Opportunity

Next on Y&R, Devon will approach Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) in the lobby of the hotel. Devon will want to ask Nate to act as a mentor for his little brother Moses Winters (Dax Randall), who is now 16 and looking at pre-med soon. Nate will balk, saying that it’s the wrong time to take something like that on. Later, Elena will question Nate’s decision.

Meanwhile, at the Chancellor mansion, Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) and Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will discuss their plans to have a family. Abby will still be disappointed by her recent negative pregnancy test, and she’ll say that she’s got a doctor’s appointment later.

Y&R Spoilers – Nikki Newman Worries About Victoria Newman

Over at Newman Enterprises, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will arrive to see Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), who will be working late. Nikki will want Victoria to take some time for herself, and Victoria will say that she has a meeting later while the kids are supposed to be having an ice-skating school function. Victoria will think that Billy will surely change his plans to take the kids in her stead.

At Chancellor Communications, Amanda will show up for work and hear all about the company’s acquisition of “Ask MD Now” from Billy and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Once Billy steps away, Amanda will tell Lily about her meeting with Naya and the restraining order. Amanda will still be pretty riled up by the whole thing.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sharon Rosales & Adam Newman Catch Up

Next on Y&R, Adam will show up at Crimson Lights as Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) is working. Sharon will ask about how Chelsea is doing, and she and Adam will be having a decent talk and getting along well when Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) shows up, wondering how Chelsea is doing. Then Chance will walk in, and Adam will tell both Chance and Rey that they don’t need to feign politeness toward him.

Adam will promptly walk out, and Sharon will note that Adam appears to be in a lot of pain. A short while later, Chance and Rey will sit at a table and talk. Chance will be glad to be back on the force, and he’ll even open up a bit about his struggle with Abby to conceive. Rey will think that Chance will be a great dad.

Y&R Spoilers – Billy Abbott Suspects Trouble

Meanwhile, Victoria will bump into Billy at Society, and she’ll tell him about the kids’ school function. Billy will note that he’s got plans tonight with Lily, but he’ll eventually agree to take the kids ice skating. Billy will be good natured about the whole thing, even though a part of him will seem to think that Victoria’s up to something.

Victoria will then see Abby at the bar, and Abby will seem upset about something. Victoria will get Abby to open up, and she’ll say that she and Chance are having trouble conceiving. Victoria will say that she’s been there, and she’ll remind Abby that she had a miracle baby – Katie Abbott (Sienna Mercuri). Victoria will tell Abby to stay confident.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Elena Dawson Urges Nate Hastings To Reconsider

Next on Y&R, Nate and Elena will have dinner at Society, and Elena will think that Nate would be a great mentor for Moses. Nate will worry that he’s still not over his anger and bitterness over his injury and inability to be a surgeon. Elena will tell Nate that he’s wrong, and that he should step up for Moses.

Over at Chancellor Communications, Billy will tell Lily that he’s got to take the kids to a school function later. Lily will be understanding, even though it interferes with their plans. Later Lily will order takeout for one while she works.

Y&R Spoilers – Amanda Sinclair Recognizes A Pattern With Naya Benedict

Next, Amanda will arrive at Devon’s penthouse all angry because she got a text from Naya saying that she’s sorry but Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) took things to an extreme. Amanda will fume that Naya seems to have a pattern of letting others make all the decisions for her, and she’ll vow to forget all about Naya’s apology.

At Crimson Lights, Billy and Victoria will meet so that Victoria can drop off the kids for the evening’s ice-skating event. Victoria will tell Billy that her plans suddenly changed and that she’s free to go to the event after all. Victoria will say that the kids were excited about doing something as a family, and Billy will again sense that Victoria’s manipulating. Billy, Victoria, and the kids will take off together.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Gets Discouraging News About Chelsea Lawson

Next on Y&R, Adam will return home to learn that Dr. Cavett’s session with Chelsea didn’t go well. Adam will do his best to reassure Chelsea, and when he asks Dr. Cavett about Chelsea’s chances of making a full recovery, Dr. Cavett will give a non-answer. After a while, Sharon will send Adam a message telling him that she’s there is he needs anything.

Finally, Chance will return home to find Abby crying and upset. Abby will relay that she needs exploratory surgery and that she’s got scarring from her miscarriage a few years ago. Abby will be beside herself, and Chance will reassure her, saying that they’ll have the family they want.
