The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers also confirm that Bill (Don Diamont) and Katie (Heather Tom) will have a shocking development of their own. All we know is that it will test their relationship and it will force Katie to either get back together with Bill forever or leave him for good. We are thinking with the Spencer family being involved with the paternity bombshell months down the road, this might have something to do directly with Bill.

It is possible that Steffy is told that one man is the father, but when the baby is a few months old, he or she could have a medical problem. It might be something that requires a transfusion or bone marrow. In some cases, it means the child needs something that only a biological parent or very close relative can provide.
