The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Traci Tries To Make Jack See Reality, He’s Too Old For Sally

The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will make a confession to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) in an upcoming episode of The Young and The Restless. She’ll tell her brother he’s a little too old to be paying so much attention to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope)!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Traci Abbott Thinks She Sees Through Jack Abbott’s “Fatherly Interest”

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will remember that it has been quite a while since Jack has had a girlfriend, much of it due to taking care of his late mother, Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams) as she declined, suffering from Alzheimer’s’ Disease. Now that she has passed on, Jack has more time to look for love. Traci knows he seems to have a weakness for redheads – having been involved with at least two in his past. He had a romance with Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) and was married to Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) twice.

Traci (Beth Maitland) knows that Jack (Peter Bergman) is at the age where a much younger woman could really hone in on and boost the ego of an older, wealthy man, and she is concerned he might just be in the market for a trophy wife! Traci is by far the most “motherly” of the Abbott sisters, and she is prone to pick up on things that might not be in the best interest of her brother. She’s not so concerned about her sister; she knows Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) can take care of herself.

Besides, now that their mother is gone Ashley will likely be in the Paris office much more often. Traci has noticed that Lauren’s new employee kind of hangs on Jack a lot in public, and she’s also noticed that he seems to like it. It’s time for Traci to protect her brother from a potential gold-digger!

Y&R Restless Spoilers – Sally Spectra Is Older Than Kyle Abbott, But Not By Much

Traci does a little research on the redhead and finds out Sally (Courtney Hope) is older than Jack’s son, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) but not by much! Kyle was born in 1990 and Sally was born in 1989, making her a year older than Jack’s youngest son! Unbeknownst to Traci, she’s not the only one worried about Sally, although definitely for different reasons. Kyle is in Los Angeles with Summer Newman (Hunter King) who is looking for dirty enough dirt on Sally to get her on the road out of Genoa City and certainly out of Jabot Collective, where she knows Sally is out for her job! Summer should probably have a little more faith in Lauren than that, but right now Summer is kind of channeling her devious mother!

Traci, armed with the research she has done on Sally and her past, plus her motherly instincts, has a sit down with Jack in the Abbott living room. Traci found out that Sally had stolen designs from Forrester Creations in the past, but she keeps that to herself since she’s more concerned that Sally might be trying to get her hooks into Jack, not his company. She did find that Sally dated the sons of two wealthy businessmen, namely Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) son Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) son Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks).

She tells Jack this information and notes that she sees a pattern – dating sons of wealthy men, although she couldn’t get to Kyle. She confesses to Jack that she’s afraid that Sally may be trying to get to him directly with hanging around him so much and that he seems to be responding to it. Jack denies any attraction, but Traci still warns him he’s a little too old to be paying so much attention to her – she might hone in on him in a romantic way!
