Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) holds Phoebe and she adores her. Even though she adores Phoebe, she fights her inner demons. She doesn’t think it is fair that Steffy has two daughters and she has none. The only thing that makes her feel better is holding Phoebe. Will she figure out the baby is actually her daughter, Beth?

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) cannot help but feel drawn to Phoebe. He wants to hold her and get to know the little infant. He vows to be a better husband to Hope and a father to Kelly. He starts to have trouble being there for his wife after he holds Phoebe. He wants to spend all his free time with her.
