The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will get the results of her paternity test during the week of February 8. It is also teased that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) will both struggle with their futures. That sounds like Steffy didn’t get the answer she was hoping for. However, there is a twist.

B&B spoilers reveal that Steffy had the paternity test done this week. She wanted to do it earlier but she wasn’t far enough along yet. In fact, she got really upset with Dr. Campbell (Tina Huang) because she wanted the test that day and was told it wasn’t possible. Now she has the test done and expected her results by now. But it seems the lab is a little bit behind. At least that is what everyone thinks. During the week of February 8, everyone will finally learn who the father is.

B&B Spoilers – John Finnegan Struggles

The latest issue of Soap Opera Digest states that Finn will struggle with his future. Now that the paternity test results will have come in, the magazine makes it sound like Liam is the father. If this is true, then Finn has to deal with Steffy carrying another man’s child. Then that child will be born and Finn wants to help raise him or her. However, he might be thinking that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) could have been right. Even though Finn really wants to be supportive, he’s going to look at that baby every single day and be reminded of “Steam.”

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Logan Feels Conflicted

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that like Finn, Hope will also be figuring out what her life looks like in the future. She is in love with Liam and loves their family. There is nothing she wants more than to wake up and fall asleep next to him. However, she’s not sure if she has in her to stay with Liam even though he’s having another baby with Steffy. She will have to make a decision at some point. She either needs to let Liam stay or let him go.

B&B Spoilers – Maternal Instinct Disagrees

Despite what the paternity test says, Steffy might disagree. She has been saying all week that she just knows the baby belongs to Finn. So when the results say he’s not the father, she’s going to trust her doctor but also can’t ignore what her maternal instincts are telling her.

We know that something happens to the DNA test while it’s at the lab. Maybe someone switches it, like Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero). There could have been a mistake while they were doing the test. Or perhaps it was still too early in the pregnancy or they didn’t have enough of Finn’s DNA to test accurately. When the truth finally comes out, will everyone be able to get back their lives? Or will at least one character find that their lives were ruined and can’t be fixed?
