British royal family news reveals that Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex has really opened a can of worms with his demand to keep his honorary military roles. Royal watchers on both sides of the pond are weighing in with opinions, mostly skewed into the, “put your big boy pants on and grow up Harry,” side of the argument.
UK correspondent Jan Moir is the latest to wade into the growing row over whether or not the man-child has a right to demand something back that he callously threw away.

According to her, Prince Harry is ready to ‘fight’ to cling to his last vestiges of what once was his UK life: “ceremonial and social roles across all three Services: Captain-General of the Royal Marines; Honorary Air Commandant of RAF Honington in Bury St Edmunds; and Commodore-in-Chief, Small Ships, and Diving, Royal Naval Command.”

She decided that since he decided he wanted nothing to do with royal duty, that he had no right demanding that she place a wreath for him at a ceremony for fallen soldiers.
In a childish spite mission, Harry strapped on all three of his HONORARY military medals, grabbed his wife Meghan Markle, hired a celeb photographer and all three went tromping around the gravestones looking for the perfect photo op.
It was a disgrace and the world let him know it. If this is how he plans to use his medals, for spite and revenge, what choice does the queen have but to take them away?
Royal Family News – Prince Harry Needs A Wake-Up Call?
The truth is that Harry served a decade in the military—whatever that means when one is talking about a privileged prince whose three military medals are of the honorary variety.
He saw Afghanistan, true enough. But as Moir says so elegantly, “Yet the truth is Harry wouldn’t be Captain-General of the Trumpton Home Guard were it not for his royal status. He just about might still be Commodore-in-Chief of Small Ships, but only the ones that bob up and down in baby Archie’s bath, next to the rubber duckies.” Ouch. The truth often hurts.
