Finn is widely believed to be the father of her child, but proof of that reality isn’t known just yet.

As of now, supposedly stringent tests identified that Liam is an expectant dad. That’s just one reason why worshiping science isn’t wise. Human beings, who work in the field of science, can make honest mistakes, reach wrong conclusions, or be coerced into faking results, with the third instance seeming to be the case in this soapy instance.

A paternity test mystery is standard boiler plate soap opera. The lark is watching how different production teams, writing staffs, and actors handle somewhat similar material across the years, or decades.

This particular B&B conundrum has an intriguing twist, Liam and Thomas have swapped roles. Liam has acted with selfish, reckless abandon. Thomas is the poor soul who is recovering from a brain injury. He’s also the guy who is encouraging Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) to forgive Liam and keep Lope alive.

B&B Spoilers – Reveal Plays Out Methodically

TPTB may have chosen to have Sinn learn the assumed truth, that Finn is the father and not Liam, before Wood’s departure from the cast. Buzz and Wood’s social media updates indicate that she’s recently gone out on maternity leave, with her real life baby expected any day now.

So, within the next handful of weeks Wood will no longer be a regular on-screen presence. Current developments seem to be building for the actual paternity test result to come out sooner rather than later, meaning when Wood returns to the cast late in the spring, or by summer.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Best Case Scenario Happens?

Sinn fans want the truth out as soon as possible. Lope fans want that as well, as Hope and Liam might be able to work out their differences.

The rub with having Finn identified as the father in the next few weeks is that the looming drama wouldn’t be able to extend. Instead, Finn and Steffy would be overjoyed by the news and set their family plans.

But in the above instance a different type of off-screen explanation could be offered regarding Steffy’s absence. She could take a trip to Forrester’s European operation, with Finn joining her so that Sinn could bond. Preceding that with a marriage would make sense as well.

This type of quickened outcome almost seems too upbeat, with daytime being about drama. But fans will soon know, as Wood and her husband prepare for the birth of their second child.
