The Young And The Restless Spoilers Tuesday, February 23: Jack Asks Sally Out – Kyle Lies To Summer – Victor Moves Against Billy

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, February 23, tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will talk both business and pleasure at Chancellor Communications. Billy will run a business proposition past Lily, as he’ll want Chancellor Communications to acquire another media company that business mogul Ashland Locke has up for sale.

Meanwhile, over at Newman Enterprises, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will hear from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) that he’s interested in bringing a media division. Victoria will realize that Victor wants to compete with Billy, which Victoria will want no part of. After Victoria leaves, Victor will talk with someone on the phone saying that he wants to see about acquiring Ashland Locke’s media company.

Next on Y&R, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will pull up a fuzzy picture of Tara Locke’s (Elizabeth Leiner) three-year-old son Harrison Locke on his computer. Summer Newman (Hunter King) will arrive and ask who the child is, but Kyle will cover, saying that it’s a friend’s child.

Summer will then state her intention to go to Los Angeles to visit with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), and she’ll urge Kyle to go with her, but Kyle will come up with various reasons why he can’t go. Later, Kyle will arrange to get the Jabot jet fueled up and ready for a trip to New York while Summer’s in LA.

Y&R Spoilers – Jack Abbott Makes It A Date

Next on Y&R, Gloria Fisher Bardwell (Judith Chapman) will have a tense interaction with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), who will attempt to give Gloria tips on being Lauren Baldwin’s (Tracey E. Bregman) assistant, but Gloria won’t be invested in the conversation at all.

Soon, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will arrive, all happy to see Sally, and once Gloria takes off, Sally and Jack will talk about his womanizing past before Jack asks Sally to have dinner with him over at Society. Sally will be accepting the invitation when Summer arrives. Sally will then warn Summer once again about doing business with Bill.

Next on Y&R, Billy will be waiting for Lily at Society when Victoria walks in. Victoria will caution Billy about Victor’s intention to ruin him. Lily will show up, and as the three of them are talking, Billy will get a notification on his phone saying that Newman Enterprises is making a move on Ashland Locke’s media company. Billy will tell Victoria, who will react with surprise, leading Billy to assume that Victor is behind the move.

Across the restaurant, Sally and Jack will meet for dinner, and things will be a little awkward at first. Sally will then broach a sensitive subject, asking if this is an actual date that they’re on. Jack will say that it is indeed a date.

Next on Y&R, Summer and Kyle will regroup, and Summer will say that she’s now having second thoughts about going to Los Angeles to meet with Bill. Kyle will strongly persuade Summer to go on her trip. And back at Newman Enterprises, Victoria will tell Victor that he obviously doesn’t see her as being the “true” CEO, and she’ll accuse Victor of being controlling.
