While Liam is totally dedicated to Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Colette Gray), he wasn’t thrilled to learn that Steffy was carrying his baby. But as Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) heard Vincent Walker (Joe LoCicero) admit, Liam isn’t going to be a father again after all.

The wistful photo of Steffy and Liam, that hangs on the living room wall at cliff house, can be called iconic or nostalgic, based on one’s opinion. Steffy placed value in it, which is why it’s remained important.

Buzz indicates that this image will be taken down, which symbolically represents a watershed moment in Steffy’s long arc. It also is something that Liam will notice the next time he visits Kelly, with Finn’s imposed new cliff house rules.

B&B Spoilers – Liam Spencer Feeling Blue

Liam will be forced to focus on two negatives now. While it was a desired situation, Liam basically lost paternity rights to a child he was never the father of. His marriage is also on very shaky footing.

The cliff house incident, which created the need for a paternity test to be taken, broke Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) trust. Her heart was also damaged again, but it wasn’t shattered.

All in all, Hope is handling Liam’s latest unconscionable action decently. She’s hurt, but her past experience is helping to guide her future considerations.

Liam can’t say anything to make his marital situation better. He wants time to prove himself to Hope. That request reflects his desperation, as Liam knows he’s lost credibility.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Spencer Weighing Options

Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) recent conversation with her daughter provided an update on Hope’s evolving feelings. She mentioned the word divorce when saying that no decisions have been made yet.

The reveal that Finn is the father of Steffy’s baby may not prove to be a remedy for Lope. While Liam’s life will be less complicated, his relationship with Hope remains strained.

This couple, that only recently realized the bliss they were seeking, could separate or split within weeks. However, that wouldn’t mean Lope would be over forever or wouldn’t revive in some form in the relatively near future.

Hope holds the cards and will likely make the decision, with Liam living by the consequences she creates in his life.
