Meghan Markle’s Father Wants Samantha To Leave The Duchess Alone

Meghan Markle’s family, particularly her half-sister Samantha, has been saying negative things about the Duchess of Sussex. Now, Meghan’s half-brother, Thomas Markle Jr., reveals that their father wants Samantha to leave their sister alone.

In an interview with UK publication New Magazine, Thomas Jr. said: “He (Thomas Markle Sr) has even said to me, ‘I wish Babe (Samantha’s nickname) would shut her mouth already and be quiet.’”

He also added that Samantha has always been jealous of Meghan, and it has only grown over the years. “She was very jealous of Meghan from the very beginning and still to this very day,” he said. He accused Samantha of spreading lies, and he added that he would not believe anything she says in the book she’s been writing about Meghan.

Meghan’s Brother Has Changed His Tune

Markle Jr. seems to have shifted from how he previously spoke about his half-sister. He recently described her as someone with a “happy and outgoing personality,” a tad different from the “jaded, shallow, conceited woman that will make a joke of you and the royal family heritage” which he said in an open letter to Prince Harry before their royal wedding.

There’s an ongoing rift between Meghan and her father, as Thomas Markle Sr. said his daughter and Prince Harry have been “ghosting” him. Meghan’s friends, however, recently came to her defense, saying that her father never reached out to her privately.

Meghan’s Father Refused To Speak Her

They said that even after finding out that her father lied about staging a photoshoot with paparazzi, Meghan and Prince Harry still tried to bring him to London for the wedding. It was Mr. Markle who refused to go, even when the car already arrived to bring him to the airport. He also refused to speak to his daughter.

Meghan also wrote a letter to her father, begging him to stop inflicting pain on both of them and to stop using the media. Mr. Markle later confirmed the said letter, although Samantha said the claims were all fake.
