General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth Freaks, Cameron Wants To Work For Curtis Instead Of College?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Cameron Webber (William Lipton) may not want to move forward with his plans to go to college. To say that Cameron has had a difficult year or so would be an understatement. He was kidnapped not once, but twice! His good friend Dev Corbin (Ashton Arbab) was killed in the explosion at the Floating Rib.

And how his step-father Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) was murdered. To make matter worse, Cameron is under the assumption that family friend Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was the person who killed him although as viewers know, the real culprit was Peter August (Wes Ramsey). It’s no wonder that Cameron is questioning what he wants to do with his life.

General Hospital Spoilers – Cameron Webber Is Having A Difficult Time Dealing With Franco Baldwin’s Death!

Cameron didn’t like Franco much at first. But Franco proved himself as a good father figure, not just to Cam, but to his two younger brothers well. But the turning point came when Franco sacrificed himself to keep Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) from implanting Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) memories into Cameron. After that Cameron and Franco became close.

Cam was devastated when Franco was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, but at least they had some time before that happened. Cameron even shaved his head when Franco began to lose his hair from his treatment. But Franco’s murder ended their time together and Cameron didn’t know what to do with his anger.

Cameron Webber found the words he was looking for in a song!

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) saw how upset Cameron was, so she took him to see Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Eventually Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) who was also visiting Curtis at the time, convinced Cameron that even though he couldn’t find the right words to express himself, perhaps he could do it in song. Curtis had found a guitar in the back room of his new nightclub, and by singing Cameron took the first steps to healing.

A few days later, Cameron returned to Curtis’ club to thank him. He also offered to help Curtis get the nightclub off the ground by setting up a social media site for it. But perhaps Cameron is looking to score a job with Curtis. He’s been planning to go to college, but with everything that has happened, he may be questioning the decision to leave his family at this point. A job with Curtis would give him a reason to stay. But his mother, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) won’t want Curtis to give up furthering his education so look for this to cause even more tension within their family.
