Billy is prone to use his presumed media power in reckless ways. He produced a smear piece on Adam in the recent past that worked as hoped.

More recently Billy made sure Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) knew the details he learned about Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) stretched health crisis at the Newman Ranch. That was done under the guise of Billy having a nose for news.

Adam’s innocence removes an intended potshot. So, Billy will need to adjust his downward view and efforts to damage his nemesis.

Y&R Spoilers – Newman Enterprises Running Smoothly

Victoria believes that she knows how to run Newman Enterprises in 2021. She doesn’t need her dad looking over her shoulder.

Victoria recently told her dad to stay away from the building where she is the Chief Executive Officer in an effort to enforce the order. But who approved of her elevation to that spot? Her father of course.

To Victoria’s credit, Newman has been running smoothly. She hasn’t been using her power as part of various personal pursuits and agendas, as Victor often did. So, her focus generally has been what’s best for the company.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Newman Men Team Up

Victor’s plan for Adam has him heading Cyaxares as soon as he’s fully recovered from the kidney transplant. This new venture represents the first post-truce business venture that the often battling father and son will realize.

A side story, that involves Richard Nealon (no actor known to be cast for this retrospective role), looms. He’s the late father of Amanda Sinclair (Karla Mosley). Richard’s claimed awareness of nefarious Newman dealings, that took place approximately 30 years ago, are set to create trouble for Victoria.

It will be intriguing to see how Victor and Adam might choose to use the developing scenario. They clearly see Cyaxares as a starting point for undefined long-term plans, with Billy and Victoria reacting or overreacting as the future unfolds.
