Sasha will need something from a near relative, such as bone marrow, for instance, to save her baby and Cyrus will be the only suitable donor match!

General Hospital viewers will remember that when Sasha first came to Port Charles and her true identity was revealed, she spoke of a grandmother but never parents. General Hospital viewers will remember her revealing she took Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) “acting job” to pose as Nina Reeves’s (Cynthia Watros) long-lost daughter because she needed money to care for her ailing grandmother, who eventually died. Much guessing and speculation by fans had gone on as to if her mother was Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) or even a teenaged Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) because of her striking resemblance to Britt, but nothing about who her father might be or have been.

All that is known is that she grew up in a town in northern New York state and she had been taking care of her ailing grandmother and needed the money for her medical bills. That could have been her mother’s mother. Sasha had done some minor modeling jobs in the past, and the job she had been doing in her hometown had fizzled out and so she stayed around Port Charles, although at the time she was engaged to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).

After she was exposed for her fake daughter fraud she was hired by Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) as the Face of Deception at some point afterward. If Nina’s real daughter turned out to have been Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier), someone she knew, it makes sense for Sasha’s birth father to be someone she knows although she will like finding it out even less than Laura Collins (Genie Francis) did when she found out Cyrus was her half-brother!

Gh Spoilers And Rumors – Danny Morgan Was Saved By Julian Jerome’s Bone Marrow

Longtime General Hospital viewers will recall that Danny Morgan, (Porter Fasullo) had leukemia as a baby, and his life was saved by Julian Jerome’s (William DeVry) bone marrow donation. That was how Samantha McCall (Kelly Monaco) found out that Julian was her birth father. If General Hospital recycles that storyline and applies it to Cyrus and Sasha, it really wouldn’t be surprising – there have been several storylines retooled and recycled over the years. How would Cyrus come to be a donor is one good question General Hospital viewers might pose – well, if Cyrus is trying to hide his “other business” by playing the part of a kind philanthropist that is an easy answer.

Being the head of General Hospital, it wouldn’t be a stretch for him to find out that a young mother needs a bone marrow donation for her baby, and he would be more than happy to be tested as a match. The reveal that Sasha is his daughter and her baby is his grandchild would probably happen through the medical testing, as Cyrus would demand knowing who the child and mother are and it would not happen until after the birth! This could be a few months down the road!
