Out of sheer coincidence, Chelsea tried reaching Connor Newman (Judah Mackey). She panicked when her son wasn’t answering any of her messages. She assumed that Victor did something with her little boy, so he played along. It is how he ended up getting her to confess to Rey and fake a breakdown to get admitted to the mental hospital. After she was transported, viewers learned that Victor called the school and Connor was just fine. He was in class at school, just like he was supposed to be. So, Victor had nothing to do with Connor going “missing.”

Once Chelsea was admitted into the hospital for her fake breakdown, Chelsea was seen laying on the bed. She opened her eyes and there was no remorse there. The only thing that was in her eyes and face was sheer rage and hatred. So, when the spoilers state that Chelsea seeks forgiveness, it is likely phony. She will probably already have a brand new scheme in mind. This time, her target isn’t just Adam. It will be Victor and quite possibly, anyone else that gets in her way.

We know that Rey asks Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) for her help in proving Chelsea’s breakdown was fake. However, which side will Chloe choose, and what does the future hold for Chelsea? What does she have in mind next? We will have to keep watching the CBS soap to find out.
