General Hospital Comings and Goings: Vernee Watson-Johnson Back As Aunt Stella

General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal for those who’ve missed Stella Henry on “General Hospital,” the character is set to reappear in the week of June 7. Vernee Watson-Johnson is set to reprise her role on the soap, a few days from now. The actress debuted the character back in 2017 and was last seen on the soap back in October 2020.

During her stint in the soap, she won a Daytime Emmy Award in the Outstanding Guest Performer category in 2018 and the Outstanding Supporting Actress category in 2019. She’s appeared in various TV series including “Room 222,” “Welcome Back, Kotter,” “Carter Country,” “Fantasy Island,” and “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.” Her recent primetime television appearances include “The Bing Bang Theory” and “Two and a Half Men.”

Her debut as Stella wasn’t her first appearance on “General Hospital.” Before she took on that role, Watson-Johnson played the role of a nurse on the soap back in 2013. She also appeared on “The Young and the Restless” as Bridie in 1999 and in “Days of Our Lives” as Dr. Ella Kraft back in 2007.

General Hospital Spoilers -Liesl Obrecht  Will Be Horrified

While waiting for Watson-Johnson to appear, here are a few exciting things to expect on “General Hospital.” Spoilers tease that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will be horrified when she finds out that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) have developed feelings for each other.

Obrecht never liked the idea of Britt working with Jason because she believes the latter only brings trouble. The two are only friends, as of the moment, but they do share a spark and one can easily assume that their friendship will eventually head to something much deeper.

Obrecht may have suggested to Britt to find romance but she didn’t mean for her to fall hard for Jason. When she finds out that Britt is in love with him, she may plot a plan to break them up in order to save Britt from the heartache, pain, and drama that she’s pretty sure, Jason will bring into her life.

However, Britt isn’t the type of person who lets people push her around. If she discovers that her mother is trying to get between her and Jason, she may want to fight back. What will Liesl do to keep Jason away from Britt? How will the latter react when she finds out that her mother is meddling with her personal affairs?

Elsewhere, Valentin Cassedine (James Patrick Stuart) threatens Peter August (Wes Ramsey) once again while Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) prepares for the arrival of her baby.
