The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Thorsten Kaye (Ridge Forrester) and Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra) are vying for their first Daytime Emmy Awards. The forty-eighth annual ceremony will be broadcast and streamed on June 25.
Kaye has received ten previous nominations. He’s nominated in the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series category.
Hope is a first-time participant. She’s nominated in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series category. The bulk of her efforts were delivered on B&B, with the crossover to The Young and the Restless happening earlier this year.
Kaye and Hope’s fellow castmate, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy Forrester), is nominated in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series category.
B&B also is nominated in the Directing Team for a Drama Series category and in the Writing Team for a Drama Series category.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Is A Survivor
Ridge represents one-half of B&B’s arguably, if not the actual, greatest couple. Bridge, which of course includes Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), survived another marital fallout last year and now stands stronger than ever.
Kaye’s character appeared to divorce his iconic love and marry Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards). But that revealed as a sham.
Ridge helped to pull his beloved daughter, Steffy, out of her prescription pain-killer addiction. As always, he continues to keep one eye on his son, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), while also keeping another eye on his father, Eric Forrester (John McCook), who is experiencing marital troubles of his own.
Of course, Ridge continues to keep an eye out for his top nemesis, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), as well.
B&B Spoilers – Sally Spectra Run Out Of Town
Devoted daytime fans are aware that Sally is now living in Genoa City, Wisconsin. She was forced to leave Los Angeles, California, after spinning out of control.
Sally couldn’t prevent herself from obsessing about Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). Eventually, Sally was involved in a botched scheme with her friend, Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz), that was intended to keep Wally together. The terminal illness plan also led to a foolish kidnapping.
The forced move to GC has viewers shaking their heads. Yes, Sally remains insecure. She’s trying to couple with well-heeled Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), while simultaneously targeting his son, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), and Summer Newman (Hunter King), who Jack helped bring into this world when she was born.

Thew Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – What’s Next For These Characters?
The contrast between Ridge’s year and Sally’s is stark. Kaye’s character has regained stability, Bridge is solid and his children are doing much better they were at this time last year. Ridge deserves heavy credit for making that happen.
Sally involuntarily left California and has made numerous enemies in Wisconsin, after only living there for a matter of months. Her self-sabotaging personality continues to block progress.
Here’s wishing the best to all who are nominated on B&B. It’s a classic soap that is filled with talented people on- and off-screen.
