Is Lulu Coming Back To General Hospital?

Will Lulu return to GH?  General Hospital spoilers tease Dante and Sam growing even closer — with Lulu still lingering in a coma in New York. This seems like the perfect time for Lulu to wake up and return to Port Charles ready to resume her life, but will she?

General Hospital Spoilers – Lulu Falconeri Can’t Stay In A Coma Forever

When GH wrote off Emme Rylan’s Lulu last fall, putting her in a coma rather than outright killing her told us that she’d be back eventually. It was just a matter of when. On a soap, it’s always the right time when a missing character’s love interest has just started to move on. After all, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) finally returned last year after Lulu had moved on with Dustin (Mark Lawson).

It took Dustin dying on General Hospital for Lulu to realize she loved Dante anyway. Too bad as she was saying it she passed out due to a head injury and still has not woken.

Now Dante has already told Sam (Kelly Monaco) he would have chosen her over Carly if he was Jason and then he kissed her. If that’s not moving on, we don’t know what is. Plus, Sam seemed to like it.

Perhaps things would fall flat if Lulu returned more. Sam liked when Dante kissed her, but she was taken aback by it and ran away. That doesn’t mean she won’t come back for more as she’s been following Dante around like a puppy dog for months. It’s time for Dante and Sam to truly fall for one another and make a commitment. Then, it would be the perfect dramatic and soapy time for Lulu to suddenly wake and make her way back to Port Charles.

General Hospital Spoilers – Laura Collins Needs Her Daughter, Maxie Jones Needs Her Friend

Something also seems missing on General Hospital without Lulu. She’s a legacy character we watched grow up on screen and is needed on the canvas. How much more compelling would Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) baby switch be if Lulu were around to be her accomplice rather than Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton)?

Laura also needs Lulu if only to have a sounding board around. Their mother-daughter relationship added something to the show and Laura (Genie Francis) doesn’t seem right without her. Stay tuned to General Hospital weekdays to see if Lulu ever comes home.
