Coronation Street spoilers and updates tease that there will be a fire incident next week and it’ll leave Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu ) and her unborn child in danger. Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) suspects that his daughter Hope (Isabella Flanagan) has returned to her old ways. Is Hope responsible?

In upcoming Coronation Street scenes, Hope feels jealous of the attention and time that her dad, Tyrone, gives to Alina. She’ll try to make a connection with the latter by handing over her toy dinosaur. Later on, Hope decides to get her toy back after overhearing that her dad and Alina are expecting a baby boy.

Hope steals Alina’s keys to the flat and tells a shocked Fiz that she doesn’t want anything to do with her baby brother. Fiz is mortified and sends Hope to her room when she says she hopes Alina’s baby is never born.

Hope then sneaks out of the house and breaks into the flat, believing no one is home. A fire soon breaks out at the salon while Hope watches the commotion from her bedroom window.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Salon Catches Fire

Shortly after, a mysterious fire breaks out in the salon flat with Alina sleeping inside. Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor) and Eileen Grimshaw (Sue Cleaver) immediately call for help and Alina is rushed to the hospital. Alina and her unborn child are safe but people are wondering what caused the fire.

The fire department conducts an investigation and it’s revealed that the cause of the fire was an aromatherapy candle. Alina starts to blame herself for what happened but Evelyn Plumber (Dame Maureen Lipman) has something else in mind. She starts to become suspicious when Hope starts to ask her if the person who started the fire will get in trouble. Later on, Evelyn asks Fiz Stape (Jennie McAlpine) if she thinks Hope knows more about the fire incident.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Alina Pop Thinks Fiz Stape Starts The Fire

As the investigation continues, Alina comes to the conclusion that Fiz was responsible and reports it to Craig Tinker (Colson Smith). The report of the fire officer says that the fire started in the baby’s cot, which can only mean someone moved the candle. Alina and Tyrone get more shocking news when they learn that someone used an accelerant to start the blaze. Because of that, the fire incident is now being investigated as arson.

Meanwhile, Tyrone talks to Fiz about what happened. They both come to the conclusion that Hope may be the one to blame. Will he tell the fire officers that the arsonist may have been Hope? Or perhaps someone else started the fire? What will Alina do if Hope is responsible for the blaze?
