General Hospital Star Laura Wright Teases Big Announcement, Exciting News!

General Hospital star Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos) is sharing some very exciting news but unfortunately, she’s not giving out too many details. The beautiful blonde shared an Instagram photo of herself Friday night teasing some big news that she wants to share. Here’s what we know so far.

The daytime television star shared a pic of herself and captioned it with, “Ohhh I have a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT soon #soexcited #cantwaittoshare.”

Of course, the rumor mill went into overdrive with a lot of fans speculating that Laura might either be engaged to her boyfriend and fellow General Hospital actor, Wes Ramsey (Peter August), or that the couple might be pregnant.

Laura must have read a lot of the comments that were left by fans because she posted yet another photo with Wes and captioned that one with, “Ohh I love this man but WE ARE NOT PREGNANT!! Only Carly!! Thank you for loving and support us though #notpregnant #livininsin #wr.”

If Laura Wright is not pregnant, then could she perhaps be getting married? Many eagle-eyed fans noticed that Laura didn’t share any photos of her hands, yet they could tell that both she and Wes had very big smiles on their faces. We himself didn’t say anything but he did post two heart emojis along with a ‘fire’ one. Clearly, these two love birds are hiding something and we can’t wait to find out what it is! All of her fans are dying to know what their secret is!

Hopefully, we will find out sooner than later. After all, Laura isn’t the kind of person who would leave her fans hanging for too long. At least, we hope not! General Hospital airs weekdays on the ABC network. Check your local listings for times.
