Days of Our Lives comings and goings reveal the end of Alison Sweeney’s latest stint in Salem, but we are sure she’ll be back.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Salem Loses Sami Again

We knew it couldn’t last forever as Alison Sweeney is never not busy and wasn’t going to stick around DOOL and Salem permanently. However, this is the longest streak she has had on the show since she first left in 2014. We thought Lucas (Bryan R. Dattilo) and Sami would ride off into the sunset together for at least a little while, but that’s the furthest thing from what actually happens.

Instead, Sami will be kidnapped and it will spark an entirely new storyline. Will anyone know Sami was kidnapped or will her family just think she skipped down because she was heartbroken over her marriage ending thanks to EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel) learning she slept with Lucas. But who kidnaps her and will it lead to the Beyond Salem Peacock Network spin-off?

Sami’s last scenes for this story arc were taped months ago and Sweeney has said she is already back on the set filming more scenes, so we will see Sami again and it looks like that will be before the end of the year.

DOOL Spoilers – Sami Brady’s Last Salem Stint Was Eventful

Sami arrived in Salem this time around after learning that Allie (Lindsay Arnold) was raped. She ended up in jail for a short time when she was suspected of killing Charlie Dale (Mike Manning), the man who raped Allie, but she was quickly released and so was Lucas. They both ended up confessing thinking they were covering for one another.

One night Lucas and Sami fell into bed together when she admitted EJ had changed and her marriage was not such a happy one after all. Lucas realized he was still in love with Sami and Sami was determined to forget it ever happened till it happened again. Too bad Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) caught them while she was disguised as Susan and blackmailed them so she wouldn’t reveal their secret. That led Lucas to pretend he had a brain tumor so Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) would take her mind and eyes off Brady (Eric Martsolf), but that hare-brained scheme went south fast.
