The Bold & the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and recap for Monday, August 9, 2021 opens with a shocking revelation. As Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) admires his new wedding band in the guest house, he’s surprised by an uninvited guest. Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) congratulates her son and announces that she’s Finn’s birth mother. She couldn’t stay away on his wedding day. She apologizes for showing up without warning. She regrets giving him up, but she’s never forgotten about him and has been following his life and career from afar. She’s so proud his accomplishments as a well-respected doctor and a new father and husband.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers –  Shocking Sinn Secret

Finn backs away from Sheila. He needs a minute to wrap his head around her confession. He wants to know why she showed up now after all this time. She knew he was being loved by an incredible family and didn’t want to disrupt his life. She wants to be a part of his life, but it’s not possible. She caused a lot of trouble and wouldn’t have been a good influence. She’s never stopped loving him and never will.

Finn won’t let Sheila walk out of his life again. He wants Sheila to meet his incredible wife and her family. He’s been dreaming of this moment since he was a little boy. He says she doesn’t need his forgiveness, because she was selfless when she gave him a better life. Finn embraces his mother. He begs her to meet the Forrester’s. Sheila doesn’t want to be the presence that ruins his special day. She asks him not to tell anyone about her. Finn won’t take no for an answer: Sheila is coming with him to meet the family and her new grandson. He wants to shares his incredible day with his mother.

B&B Spoilers –  Sheila Carter Is Back

At the wedding reception, family and friends wonder about the honeymoon of Finn and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Steffy tells her brother a honeymoon is on hold for now. Every day with Finn is a honeymoon. Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) advise her that every newlywed deserves a honeymoon. Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) notes that Steffy is glowing. Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) says that Steffy is glowing because she’s married to the man of her dreams. Steffy says the wedding went off without a hitch because of her matron of honor.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers –  The Finnegan’s Are Happy

Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) tells her new extended family that she and Jack Finnegan (Ted King) are so happy for their son and Steffy. They’ve never seen a couple so in love. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) take that remark as a challenge and kiss. When Li and Jack look a bit uncomfortable, Eric Forrester (John McCook) explains that the Forrester’s are a romantic bunch.

Ridge is shocked that they got through the wedding without drama or interruptions. They all drink to that. Jack is still on edge.

The guests worry about Finn’s whereabouts. Steffy says he would want them to party. Li takes the floor to thank everyone for welcoming them into such a warm and loving family. She couldn’t have loved Finn more if she’d given birth to him. Li wonders if Finn’s birth mother thinks about him. She gets emotional as she takes Steffy’s hands. Jack says they should focus on Finn and Steffy and their children and beautiful future, not on Finn’s birth mother.

Hope tells Liam that Paris and Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) left because they wanted some alone time.

The guests grow concerned about Finn’s whereabouts. Finn pops in to announce that the most incredible thing has happened and he met someone. Sheila’s entrance shatters the wedding reception. A stunned Brooke drops her champagne glass.
