Neighbours spoilers and updates reveal Rose Walker recently returned to Erinsborough to try win back former flame Toadie, but her newfound rivalry with Melanie soon becomes dangerous.

Rose and Toadie have always loved pranking each other, but this time their innocent prank goes a step too far.

This week, Neighbours spoilers tease Erinsborough residents are dressing up as some of their favourite characters for the Shorts and Briefs Film Festival launch party, hosted by Lassiters and the Flamingo Bar.

While everyone should be relaxing and enjoying themselves, there is tension between Toadie and his girlfriend Melanie, since his Rose is back in town. While Toadie is happy to be back in conteact with an old friend, Melanie is not happy that Rose has returned.

Neighbours Spoilers – Melanie Pearson Sees The Chemistry

Melanie sees the instant chemistry between Toadie and Rose and feels pushed away on Neighbours, despite Toadie’s efforts to make her feel included. Toadie realises that Rose still has feelings for him, but they aren’t reciprocated as he is happy to be with Melanie and wants to make an effort for their relationship to work.

At the launch party, Rose and Toadie are up to their old tricks. While it’s meant to be light-hearted fun, one of Toadie’s pranks goes horrifically wrong. He tricks Rose into having a drink laced with chilli which she spits out dramatically, hitting Melanie in the face. Surprised, Melanie falls backwards over the buffet table and hits her head with force. Neighbours spoilers show Toadie feels instantly guilty and rushes Melanie to the hospital.

Rose panics. As representative for the film festival she knows that the accident is an insurance disaster for them, and they cannot afford a lawsuit. Thankfully Toadie agrees to help get her out of this mess, especially because he feels responsible for what happened.

When Melanie finds out her boyfriend is representing the woman that caused her to get hurt, she’s livid. Can Toadie and Melanie’s relationship survive another mishap?
