No, this isn’t a reference to the smooth nuptial ceremony that took place in the gorgeous Forrester mansion living room. Instead, it relates to what Finn realized after having time to digest the chaos that followed at the reception.

Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) latest return would have set Steffy off all on its own. Add in the plot drop about her being Finn’s birth mother and the new Mrs. Forrester Finnegan’s mind exploded.

However, Finn believes that all will be well. He understands how Steffy and his new family feel about Sheila. With that, he rightly told his wife that he would protect their family.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Jack Finnegan’s Curve Ball

Jack Finnegan (Ted King) appeared to be the ideal father. He and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) raised their adopted son with love.

Finn was inspired by his mother’s example as a doctor to become one himself. But Finn didn’t know that medicine was in his blood, as Sheila is a nurse.

Novlan’s character also didn’t know that his supposed adoptive father cavorted with Sheila at the hospital where Li worked, making King’s character Finn’s biological father. Jack’s tell to Finn is another shock wave in this compelling storyline that’s only just begun.

B&B Spoilers – Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s Demands Are Reasonable

As various spouses around the world have affirmed on certain confidential occasions, mother-in-law issues do exist. However, Steffy likes Li and considers her to be the only legitimate mother figure in Finn’s life.

Sheila is, in fact, Finn’s mother. That makes her Hayes Forrester Finnegan’s (no baby actor’s name known for this role) grandmother.

Finn recognizes that there will be no rapprochement between Steffy and Sheila. The shooting of Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) makes that impossible, plus there are other crimes that occurred in daytime days gone by. So, Steffy’s demands that Finn has no contact with Sheila and that Brown’s character should be prevented from seeing Hayes are equally reasonable and should be fully honored, at least in theory.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Can Sheila Carter Influence Her Son?

B&B fans suspect that Finn believes he wasn’t going to see Sheila again. Jack’s intent to facilitate that happening opens a dangerous conflict point with Steffy.

Wood’s character sees her husband as naive. But eventually, if he is fooled by Sheila’s charm, then Steffy will need to take a stand in defense of Sinn’s son.

Sheila can not be trusted at any future plot point. That reality projects toward multiple, growing conflicts in this version of Los Angeles, California.
