Royal Family News: Kate Middleton And Prince William Get Up Close With Nature

British royal family news reveals that Kate the Duchess of Cambridge continued her charm offensive today, keeping up royal appearances at an official event. The down to earth princess had no problem doing as the locals do at Ulster University’s Magee Campus’ petting zoo. She and her husband Prince William are in the midst of a Northern Ireland visit and also were pictured at City of Derry Rugby Club. It is their first time in this area of Northern Ireland.

At City of Derry Rugby club the couple met players, coaches and volunteers withn the Sport Uniting Communities initiative. Later the couple went to Derry-Londonderry and spent the day learning how youth organizations are promoting positive relations. Sport Uniting Communities is a collaboration between the Irish Football Association, the Ulster Gaelic Athletic Association and Ulster Rugby. Their collective mission is promoting peace and reconciliation.

The pair were in Northern Ireland in March 2019, and Kate visited the country in February 2020 mere weeks before the Covid-19 lockdown. At that time she was there to publicize her Early Years survey.

The Cambridge’s Are On A Charm Offensive

The first stop for the pair was at Ulster University’s Magee Campus. There they met with student nurses whom they previously spoke to via video call while the pandemic was still keeping the public behding closed doors.

During the day Kate Middleton looked like a natural beauty with her brown hair at one point in a ponytail. She glowed with neutral makeup and carried a navy clutch with her.

The pair’s lowkey outing was in sharp contrast to the ostentatious PR blitz Harry and Meghan went on this weekend in New York. They were in town for a charity event but took the opportunity to dress in garish outfits, press the flesh, and take enough pictures to last through the millennium.
