General Hospital Spoilers – Gladys Corbin Is Always Poking Her Big Nose In Where It Doesn’t Belong

General Hospital viewers know that Gladys is always poking her big nose in where it doesn’t belong, and many times what she overhears comes right back out of her big mouth! Even though Gladys is no longer in a key role in Deception Cosmetics, of which Valentin is part owner, it doesn’t mean she’s not still hanging around the office.

General Hospital viewers will recall that both Brook Lynn and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) as well as Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) all have work connections to Deception Cosmetics. Sasha has been trying to keep Gladys in a job and out of her and Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) hair – and more importantly, their home! Sasha has likely been keeping her busy in minor roles around the office that don’t involve insults to potential clients, which is what happened when she tried her out in a marketing and sales position a few months back!

GH Spoilers – Gladys Corbin Had A Valentin Cassadine Encounter Several Months Ago

General Hospital viewers know that right now Valentin is in General Hospital, waiting on exploratory surgery to find and remove a bullet fragment. But Gladys had an encounter with him months ago, way before she came to work at Deception Cosmetics. Back in April 2021, General Hospital viewers may recall that Valentin turned the charm on Gladys as part of a scheme cooked up by himself in concert with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).

Gladys likely hasn’t encountered him at Deception Cosmetics and may not even know he’s involved in the company – he’s been involved trying to find and take down Peter August (Wes Ramsey), along with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) for the past several months. But she’ll surely hear that the “big boss” has been hospitalized, because word will get around the offices of Deception Cosmetics! And according to General Hospital spoilers for the week of November 1-5, that may not be all that Gladys will overhear and act on – Brook Lynn will rush to stop Gladys from carrying out some plan she’s plotted! That sounds more Bailey aka Louise related than Sasha related, since Brook Lynn seems to be on her own with this!

General Hospital Spoilers – Baby Business At The Office; Gladys Corbin Figures Things Out

General Hospital viewers will also recall that right next to Deception Cosmetics is a small day care center where Brook Lynn has been bringing Bailey/Louise when she’s been at work. This has been a convenient place for Maxie to visit her as well, although more often than not she has come to the Quartermaine mansion to visit with her newly made friend Brook Lynn and “her baby”.

General Hospital viewers can easily imagine Gladys somehow going into the room looking for Sasha or someone else and hearing the truth come out about Bailey really being Louise! Gladys is likely miffed that Brook Lynn has likely overruled any important position at Deception Cosmetics even though Sasha’s found her various things to do around the offices like back in the day temp workers would have been hired for. So Gladys has an axe to grind, and more importantly, will have found herself a shocking opportunity for revenge!

GH Spoilers – Brook Lynn Quartermaine Thwarts Gladys Corbin’s Plot, Meets With Maxie Jones

General Hospital spoilers tease that Gladys may try to get into Valentin’s room at General Hospital and tell him that not only is Bailey not his but that Brook Lynn was never pregnant to begin with! Not only would that be dangerous for Valentin, as it would be a shock to a man who needs delicate surgery, but Gladys knowing this secret could blab it abroad and put the baby and Maxie in danger from Peter! Brook Lynn will manage to stop her – perhaps Valentin is still in ICU at the time and not even conscious. Brook Lynn can certainly have Gladys removed as she’s no family to Valentin and poses germ risks and may call hospital security for backup!

But that is a temporary fix at best if Gladys has figured out the truth or overheard it! Brook Lynn will set up a meeting with Maxie and they’ll work on a new plan to keep the baby safe. Hiding her in plain sight has been the best idea up until now but even then once Peter’s out of the picture the truth would have needed to come out so Maxie could reclaim her child! Gladys wouldn’t have any compunctions or care about the baby or Maxie being in danger, since she probably dismisses the dangerous Heinrik aka Peter as nothing. She’ll just try to get in his pants too, since Gladys loves the bad boys! Brook Lynn and Maxie may have to resort to bribery or blackmail to ensure Gladys’ silence, but Gladys will just strike back with impunity!
