Prince William and Kate Middleton are in love. Chris Floyd, the photographer behind the lovely images released in April to mark the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s tenth anniversary, recently opened up about what it’s like capturing the couple.
For a photographer who knows how to capture emotions from people and immortalize them in pictures, Floyd knows it’s true love immediately his camera lens captured the beautiful pictures of the Cambridge couple. Here’s to many happy years ahead.
Royal Photographer Chris Floyd Says William And Kate “Love Being In Each Other’s Company”
To mark a decade of marriage in April this year, Prince William and Kate Middleton posed for some pictures. The two beautiful portraits feature Kate Middleton happily wrapped in Prince William’s arms.
Both pictures were taken by photographer Chris Floyd at the Cambridges’ Kensington Palace home, and he’s now sharing his experience working with the royal couple.
He chatted with US Weekly about the delightful opportunity of getting to work with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
“I would say that they were just like any married couples. They were just like any married couple who seemed to just love being very happy in each other’s company. It was that straightforward.
“I just said, ‘Look, this is your 10th anniversary, just be the couple that you are with each other and forget that I’m here. They don’t need me to tell them how to be with each other.”
He added: “It was their home and I was made to feel welcome in their home. … I have to say like by the time I left that day I felt like I’d known them for years. It was just a real whirlwind of a day.”
This is coming after the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge announced that they are looking for a new person to join their team at Kensington Palace.

The couple shares Prince George, 8, Princess Charlotte, 6, and Prince Louis, 3. To mark the milestone moment, William and Kate also released adorable footage of themselves having fun with their children.
The video’s caption thanked well-wishers for their kind words as they celebrated their wedding anniversary.
“We are enormously grateful for the 10 years of support we have received in our lives as a family.”
The pair met at St. Andrew’s university two decades ago and started dating soon after. There were bumps in the road, big enough to force them apart for a little while, but look at how far they’ve come.
