B&B spoilers reveal that Carter really believed that he was meant to be with Quinn. Carter was even willing to give up everything he worked so hard for and run away with her. However, Quinn broke his heart by choosing to return to Eric. Then, she broke it again when Eric told Quinn to end the passion pact the three of them had together.

Since then, Carter and Katie have spent some time talking about both of their relationship issues. The two have become friends and are interested in something more. On Tuesday, Carter will tell Katie that he is ready to see what is next in his life.
