When Nicolette and Isla first returned to Erinsborough, it was clear that the previous option of full custody wasn’t going to stand. Nicolette was always going to be part of Isla’s life, and was never just a surrogate, but she wasn’t going to have as much input as she has now. However, after Isla’s birth Nicolette realised she wanted to be fully involved in Isla’s life. Eventually, she, David and Aaron agreed that they would have 1/3 share of Isla’s custody each.
As Christmas rolls around, another dilemma emerges. Aaron wants to take Isla to Adelaide where a majority of his family live, especially after the death of his mother Faye earlier this year. However, David wants them to all go to Sydney so that he can be with his brother Leo, Leo’s baby, Abigail, and Abigail’s mother, Britney. To make things more complicated, Nicolette thinks it’s better for Isla to spend her first Christmas at home in Erinsborough. No one wants to give up their wish, and it’s not long until things turn into an argument.
Neighbours Spoilers – A Solution
Eventually, David comes up with a solution that everyone agrees to. They decide to spend Christmas in Erinsborough by having a large family gathering, inviting Leo, Chloe, Jane and Paul. Plus, much to Leo’s delight, Britney turns up on Ramsay Street with baby Abigail.

Neighbours Spoilers – Concerns About Spending The Day
Despite Jane and Nicoletee’s concerns about spending the day with Paul, the day starts very well. Everyone is having a good time, and David and Aaron in particular are happy about how Britney is making an effort to be part of the family.
Unfortunately, the festivities come to a sudden holt when the news breaks that Paul’s estranged wife Terese Willis is nowhere to be found…
