Hallmark Channel – Plot Of The Wedding Veil On Hallmark Channel
According to the official Hallmark synopsis, in the first part of the crossover trilogy, Avery (Chabert), Emma (Reeser) and Tracy (Sweeney) are long-time college friends who discover an enchanted antique. While still close, the three friends live far apart, but each year they reunite in different cities to go antiquing, a shared hobby.
On a visit to San Francisco, the three friends discover an extraordinary and enchanted antique lace wedding veil. The legend behind it says that whoever owns the veil will find their true love. Avery, Emma and Tracy agree to purchase the wedding veil together and pass it on to one another to test whether the legend is true.
This first film in The Wedding Veil trilogy sees romantic, museum curator Avery as the first to take possession. Sure enough, very soon afterward she meets a handsome stranger, Peter. As the pair spends a carefree day together at a local museum, they share some uncanny coincidences that have Avery wondering if it’s fate.
However, when a misunderstanding leads Peter to give her the cold shoulder, Avery resolves to put him out of her mind. Fate has a different notion, and Peter shows up at her job back in Boston. It turns out he is from a very well-known philanthropic family and is the newest board member at the museum where Avery works.
When they uncover a long-lost painting from a 19th-century Italian master, Peter works closely with Avery on a special gala to unveil its restoration. As the shared project brings the couple closer, and they start to clear the air, Peter and Avery find the coincidences they share just might be the antique wedding veil, working its magic.
