General Hospital viewers will also have noticed Michael’s taken much more of an interest in Sonny’s business lately. In a recent General Hospital episode, Michael was the one to approach Selina Wu (Lydia Look) and come down on her. Michael was upset about Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) making parole and if his coming down on Selina wasn’t bad enough, he threatened Brad’s life! Sonny was not happy with Michael for messing in his mob “business” and told him so.

General Hospital recaps and spoilers reveal Michael viewed Brad’s parole as his business because of the perceived threat to Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver). Michael was afraid, in spite of all of Brad’s assurances, that he would make moves to spend time with Wiley. General Hospital viewers will recall that Brad was in prison for fraud surrounding Wiley, namely a baby swap. The truth didn’t come out for nearly two years and Michael grieved his son for no reason.

Michael also became livid over the outcome of Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) hearing. Michael had given a large campaign donation to make those charges happen to District Attorney Richard Sheridan (David Jahn).

General Hospital viewers will also recall Michael was upset that the DA had called Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) to the stand. This gave Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) a chance to cross-examine her under penalty of perjury, so she had to tell the truth.

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that the ugly truth that Nina and Sonny fell in love sets Nina free! Neither Willow nor Sonny could get out of telling the truth because of the perjury penalty warning.

GH fans can imagine how angry Michael will be when all the money he spent doesn’t bring the result he desired! He will be angry at Willow because there was no way to verify what she was saying was the truth.

General Hospital viewers can imagine that Michael will go on a verbal rampage, against both Sonny and Willow! General Hospital viewers will recall a few years back he disowned Sonny over killing AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan), his birth father. This time, however, he’ll be more likely to take Jason’s place as enforcer and possibly as the head of the Corinthos crime family! After all, Carly is upset with Sonny as well and she will need Michael’s support!

      Don't see Michael becoming a force of any type as far as the mob is concerned. He is just like Carly, all mouth and no real action. Michael should be given more back bone and maturity, but to even feel he has mob ability is ridiculous. At this he is just plan old mad at the circumstances in his life and acting out. Michael needs to learn to be the corporate raider like Jax or either learn from Ned how to get things done in the family business and make it even more profitable. ELQ is Michael's future and he could be a demon in the corporate world, but the mob world is way beyond his understanding or station in life.

      Michael is not a good replacement. Who thinks Willow will turn out to be Nina’s long lost daughter and not Nell? I think it’s going to happen.
