Young And The Restless Spoilers indicate Summer Newman (Hunter King) will soon have a new man in her life, Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson), who is Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) friend. Theo is set to move to Genoa City on June 3 and his presence will not only spice up Summer’s love life but also make Kyle a little jealous once he finds out that Summer has already moved on.

No doubt a lot of “The Young and The Restless” fans are already excited to see the new hunk in town and many of them are keen to know how Kyle will react. Viewers may recall that he had already made his choice and that’s to be with Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle). However, Kyle might just realize that he still has feelings for Summer when he sees Theo and Summer together.

With Kyle and Lola living together, the pair realizes that things aren’t going according to their plans. However, Theo isn’t just in Genoa City to be Summer’s new love interest. He will play a significant role in the Jabot Collective storyline, Y&R spoilers reveal. Yes, he may have caught the eye of Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) daughter and they may both have good chemistry together, but Theo’s agenda goes way beyond just becoming Summer’s new romance.

Johnson is taking over the role of Theo from Nic Luken who briefly portrayed the role earlier this month. When asked about landing a gig in “The Young and The Restless,” Johnson said, “I am just honored and humbled to be part of a show with such a historic legacy. This job was a dream come true for me. My later grandmother had watched the show forever. My mother is such a huge fan. I have friends who are huge fans. To be able to share this with the world is such an incredible experience, and to be part of such an amazing cast. Everybody has been so welcoming.”
