General Hospital Spoilers – Charlie’s Pub Is Sonny Corinthos’ Favorite Place To Get Drunk Now

General Hospital viewers will have noted that Charlie’s Pub seems to be Sonny’s favorite place to get drunk now – perhaps because he owns it, having bought it from Ava Cassadine (Maura West). It’s ironic, considering that his first hit job is buried in the walls of the basement, but at least if he owns the building no one can do a remodel and find the skeleton!

Unfortunately, Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) is never on shift when Sonny goes in there to drink, and neither is his daughter with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth); if they were, Sonny wouldn’t get that far! General Hospital viewers will recall that Sonny didn’t pick up his lithium either, and as longtime General Hospital viewers know, Sonny plus drinking plus no meds are a dangerous combination! He was already on that dangerous path when Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) asked him if he had picked up his prescription – and he lied to her and said he was taking care of it!

GH Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Is One Big Ball Of Pain

General Hospital viewers can tell that Sonny is just one big ball of pain inside, but Sonny, especially off his meds, acts out his pain in anger! General Hospital viewers saw that when he broke his glass in his kitchen after Laura Collins (Genie Francis) told him the bad news about Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary). Within just a few weeks, he’s lost Jason Morgan, (Steve Burton) his cousin’s baby Liam Mike Corbin, (uncast infant), and Luke to death, and also faces the impending death of his marriage to Carly.

Carly didn’t buy his explanations as to why he didn’t tell her he, as amnesiac Mike, and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) had fallen in love in Nixon Falls, and he can’t break through the walls she’s put up no matter how he tries! Sonny feels like he has nothing left to lose, even though he knows he needs to be on top of the game because of the warnings Brick (Stephen A. Smith) gave him about a new enemy!

General Hospital Spoilers – As Luke Spencer’s Funeral Begins, Dante Falconeri Worries

General Hospital viewers will see that as Luke’s funeral begins onboard the Haunted Star, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will worry about his father, because he finds out he left the memorial early. Dante knows that Sonny and Carly are going through a major rough patch and it wouldn’t be like Sonny to just up and leave the funeral of his best friend Luke; and there’s been a noticeable coldness of Carly towards Sonny lately.

Dante then gets a call from the dispatcher at the PCPD about a ruckus at Charlie’s Pub, and he immediately guesses it’s Sonny, and he heads over to the pub. General Hospital viewers can imagine the ruckus caused by a drunk Sonny off his meds, and Dante has to get him calmed down and cooled off! Unfortunately Dante has to book him for a drunk and disorderly charge, but at least it’s a misdemeanor and not a felony; the worst that will happen is a night in the drunk tank!
