General Hospital Rumor: Kim’s Deadly Accident On Mount Kilimanjaro – Can Drew Save Her

General Hospital spoilers tease that Dr. Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) may injure herself as she and Drew Cain (Billy Miller), her late son Oscar Nero Quartermaine’s (Garren Stitt) father are on the way to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro to scatter their son’s ashes, as was his wish.

Down-the-road GH spoilers tease that Drew will need to tend to Kim, and that could mean that she has a fall or other injury that will require her help. Other General Hospital spoilers tease that the trip and the final letting go of Oscar are so hard on her that she actually tries to fall off the mountain on purpose and Drew heroically saves her!

In the latest General Hospital episodes that Kim has been in, she has seemed to be coping as well as can be expected, considering Oscar was her whole life for sixteen years, although Julian Jerome (William DeVry) has been obviously staying with her.

Other General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that she could be developing clinical depression or even become suicidal over her grief. Julian, Drew, and other friends will undoubtedly try to encourage her to do something positive with her grief and channel it, although that is not always easy for a grieving parent to so. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and others may try to steer Kim towards the grieving parents support group at General Hospital, where Michael met Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).

However, there has to be a reason that Drew has to tend to Kim. “Tending” means “taking care of” and a stumble while hiking, a snakebite, or some kind of illness could strike Kim while they are on the mountain, and it sounds like it will be pretty serious if Kim cannot care for herself; after all, she is a trained doctor, and even obstetricians and gynecologists have to learn everything that a regular general practitioner has to learn before they can start working on being a specialist!

Being a doctor involves everything from first aid to prescribing medicines, although if it were a bad leg break that required surgery she would be able to set it or splint it, but likely go no further than that.
