General Hospital spoilers reveal that Sonny started a lot of drama with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) at the Savoy. Nina just happened to be there and convinced Sonny to leave before the police were called.

When Nina took Sonny back home, she told him that it was apparent he was in the middle of a manic episode. Then, Nina refused to leave unless someone was there with him. Nina even went to the extreme of threatening to call Carly, but Sonny asked her not to. Nina does call someone for help, but she could pay the price for that.

It is speculated that Sonny’s spiraling mental state will have him take extreme action against Nina. Some wonder if Sonny could even shoot Nina. It’s not just Nina hanging around that is bothering Sonny. A part of him blames Nina for his destroyed marriage with Carly.

Plus, Carly told Sonny that the problem needed to be eliminated. Carly said she didn’t mean to literally kill Nina. However, Sonny also vowed to find a way to prove his love to Carly.
