Memphis is certainly not the first star on the show who clashed over a prenup. Recall, others went through the same issues. Back in Season 7, Michael Jessen and Juliana Custodio clashed over it. Recall, his ex-wife Sarah was concerned about Michael’s income to protect her kids. Well, Juliana had a temper and declared, “Mens doesn’t control me.”  Actually, seeing she split and ended up with someone else, Sarah’s concerns were probably valid. Other cast members that come to mind include Steven Johnston who wanted Alina to sign a prenup.

90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Season 5 reveals that Memphis never really thought about insisting on a prenup. However, fans probably agree that Hamza’s not really a responsible sort of guy. In fact, she already has kids so much like Asuelu and Kalani, if they marry, Hamza will become just another child in her life. Initially, fans didn’t like Memphis as she seemed to make no effort to embrace his Tunisian culture. However as the season moves along, they seem to like her a bit more. And, Hamza loses some of their approval.

As things deteriorate between the couple, Hamza grows angry. In a teaser for Episode 8, Screenrant reported that “Memphis made him angrier with a shocking new request.” Well, she wants a prenup. In fact, she told him no prenup, no marriage. Well, the concept of a prenup is unheard of in Tunisia, so Hamza feels that she doesn’t trust him. Even when she explained how it all works, he didn’t feel any better about it. So, now he starts having some doubts about their future together.

Actually, the 90 Day Fiance stars have mutual issues about trust. Recall, Hamza lied about his age. That news came inadvertently via his mom, and it shocked Memphis. So, TLC fans can understand that she developed some reservations about him. About a week ago, spoilers came out in the form of recent rumors, that the couple might have had a baby together. So possibly, in real life, they sorted out their trust issues.

90 Day Fiance blogger John Yates reported that apparently, Memphis’ mom referred to Hamza as her “son-in-law.” Well, that could mean that all the drama about the prenup was actually just dreamed up by the producers. After all, a couple with no clashes would not be as dramatic as those who come with disagreements.
