Hope is caught in the midst of this situation and she’ll feel guilty for setting this all on motion. She invited Deacon back into their lives. Her intention was to reconnect with her father and she didn’t expect her parents to possibly be rekindling their romance.

Hope’s guilt will further increase as Steffy sets out to ruin Brooke. Steffy wants to reunite Ridge and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen), and now that she’s exposed her secret, Steffy’s wish is coming true.

Yet, Hope isn’t going to stand by and let Steffy ruin her mother’s life. Hope’s protective over Brooke and will defend her against Steffy.

Hope and Steffy’s rivalry will undoubtedly cause drama for both sides of the family. One of the persons affected will be Liam.

He knows this situation is stressful for everyone, especially Hope. But the last thing she needs is to pick a fight with Steffy. As Hope and Steffy’s feud continues, their kids will be impacted.

Liam wants to everyone to get along for the children’s sake. He doesn’t want Kelly Spencer (Colette and Avalon Gray) and Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez) to be torn apart by their mothers’ squabbles. That’s why it’s up to him to try to maintain peace. Yet, he may find himself in more hot water.

As expected Liam will again find himself choosing between Hope and Steffy. He’s trying to remain neutral in this predicament. He can understand both women’s sides.

He knows how much Hope loves her dad and wants him in her life. Yet, as Liam suspected Deacon’s return has disrupted everyone’s lives, including Brooke’s.

Meanwhile, he understands Steffy’s upset over her father being betrayed by Brooke and Deacon. She has every right to be angry and is only looking after her father’s best interest.

Liam’s role of playing peacekeeper won’t last long. Hope will become fed up with her husband, whom she feels should be supporting her. She’ll begin questioning why he’s taking Steffy’s side in the matter.

As the women’s feud escalates, he’ll be forced to choose sides. The question is which woman will he pick?
