Finn Kelly (Rob Mills) is about to be given some harsh home truths when Elly Conway (Jodi Anasta) and Bea Nilsson’s mother Liz pays them a visit next week on Neighbours; a bitter reminder that not everyone has forgotten his past crimes.
When Liz announces to her family that she will shortly be arriving on the street there’s a clear tension – there’s always some sort of drama when their mother is about. But much to the sister’s surprise, Liz actually has some kind words for her youngest daughter Bea (Bonnie Anderson) who is trying to break into the music industry.

Liz also reaches out to eldest daughter Elly by inviting her to spend some time out with her in Sydney, leaving the schoolteacher with a tricky decision. Elly could definitely do with some time away after the drama of the past few months, but she’s still not sure if she can trust her mother.
However, Liz’s friendly and relaxed mood soon changes when Finn enters the house, immediately warning him that she still believes him to be an evil monster. Bea soon jumps to Finn’s defence, comforting him and leading them to grow even closer… Thankfully, Liz realises that she’s once again upset the relationship she shares with her daughter and offers an apology.

Eventually, Elly decides that some time away from Erinsborough is just what she needs – not only for her own health and stress but for the baby’s. She hopes the trip will allow her to leave the memories of her mistakes behind, giving her a fresh head for when she returns to Erinsborough.
Will the trip away be exactly what Elly needs, or will it lead to more drama?
