Devon and Amanda discussed Lily’s proposal that the two companies merge. Even though it sounds great in theory, Devon was hesitant about losing control of the music business. Amanda offered to make a stipulation in the contract that would allow Devon to remain in control.
However, Devon ends up turning down Lily’s offer. This will be quite disappointing for Lily. However, Jill might have some valuable advice that could change Devon’s mind.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Imani Benedict’s Issue

Hillary shouldn't have been involved in the potential merger meeting, its a conflict of interest.
Who does Armani work for, sounds like she's got her clients confused.
Devon should only merg if he is CEO, he has more experience than Lilly, is a Chancellor and should have more shares in the company. Does Lilly even have any? Its obvious Lilly is starting to get greedy.
FanClub I think you meant to say Amanda there even though the same actress played Hillary and as for Imani can't stand her and not liking the actress either. Could be interesting though we shall just have to wait it all out
Imani should have been there over Amanda, after all Amanda is sleeping with Devon and should not be at the meeting. Either way, I hope Devon is not talked into merging with the company.
No difference here whether or not Amanda is sleeping with Devon that should not be a factor Imani is dangerous and will do anything to further her own interests and yes as so she should but not at the expense of others
It is conflict of interest and unethical, Imani is right to question not having a contract and duties set out in writing . And I am not a fan of either one of them!!
