Royal Family News: All Grown Up, Prince George Can’t Resist Sticking His Tongue Out At Rugby Match

British royal family news shows that Prince George delighted fans in attendance at England’s Six Nations match against Wales. Prince George was there with his parents on Saturday and it’s been reported that mom Kate and Dad William were rooting for opposite teams.
Royal Family News – George Cambridge Is A Rugby Fan
The family gathered at Twickenham on Saturday and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge’s team scored a victory over her husband’s team with England’s 23-19 win against Wales. George was captured on film as he sat between his mother and father at the game. At one point the mischievous little boy was photographed sticking his tongue out.
Royal Family News – Prince George Will One Day Be King George
Royal expert commentator Robert Jobson tweeted: “Cheeky Prince George, eight, pokes his tongue out as he joins rugby patrons Prince William and Kate Middleton at England v Wales Six Nations match.”
Other posted their own observations of the boy with one writing, “Our little Prince isn’t so little anymore.”
Another commented: “He’s such a sweetheart! He definitely looks like his mum, dad & Diana all rolled into one!” and someone else commented, “He’s very adorable and serious looking…”
Royal Family News – George Is Serious Already
This was the first match Kate attended since becoming patron of the Rugby Football Union (RFU). William has been patron of the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) since 2016 and the fun couple, who have been married ten years are known for their rivalry during sporting events in which they wear their team’s colors. On this day William wore a navy suit and red Wales scarf while Kate wore a black and white checked coat and an England scarf with her bag.

George appeared to be neutral in allegiance with a red and blue Ralph Lauren jacket free from any England or Wales symbols.
The family met representatives of the RFU’s community and grass roots game, volunteers and RFU council members. These included Joe Bedford and Commander Kirsty Marlor, who represents the Navy on the RFU Council.
William had an arm around George’s shoulders as he encouraged him to shake hands. He commented, “We’re excited. It’s just so good to be back. It’s been quite weird watching games, and football, without the fans.”
