When Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) tells Sheila to stay away from their family, Sheila blows up. She boasts that his family should be thanking her for the demise of Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke’s marriage. Thomas says they don’t owe her a thing. Sheila claims to be the reason Ridge and Taylor (Krista Allen) are back together.

Sheila says Brooke deserved it and, in fact, ordered it. Sheila dances around the truth, but Thomas puts the pieces together. Thomas guesses that Brooke actually drank alcoholic champagne without realizing it. Sheila plays coy. Thomas realizes that Brooke was pushed off the wagon. The champagne was part of Sheila’s plan to sabotage Brooke and Ridge.

At Forrester Creations, Ridge worries that people will gossip and hurt Brooke and Taylor. Taylor urges him to take it one moment at a time. Right on cue, Max (Akbar Gbajabiamila) bursts in to get the scoop on what’s going on with Ridge and Brooke. Ridge changes the subject—he is surprised that Max has the Milan proposal ready so quickly.

Max asks Ridge for a favor: convince Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) to come out to Bikini Bar with the guys.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Worries About Thomas Forrester’ Cryptic Call

Taylor isn’t concerned Ridge still cares about Brooke’s feelings. Ridge wonders why Brooke’s default is to lie to him. Taylor promises to be by his side. Brooke has her family to lean on as well. Ridge and Taylor embrace.

The Spencer men enjoy lunch at Il Giardino. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) scoffs when Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) asks about the problems between Brooke and Ridge. Bill isn’t surprised that Brooke took the blame and Ridge bailed instead of toughing it out. Ridge will never make Brooke happy. That two-bit convict Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) is just an excuse for Ridge to punish Brooke and race back to Taylor. Brooke deserves more than Ridge.

Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) believes it’s more complicated that that. He laments the toll the scandal has taken on Brooke. Liam says Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is afraid this is the final nail on the coffin. Wyatt thinks Brooke should have seen it coming.
