Days of Our Lives on NBC and General Hospital on ABC take a little more of a science fiction approach to many of their returns from the dead, but not always! Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful know that sometimes when an actor or actress leaves who is difficult to replace, the character will be killed in a fire or a wreck and then return later as a totally different actor or actress and comas and plastic surgery are credited!

B&B Spoilers – Taylor Hayes “Died” Twice And Phoebe Forrester Died In Her Father’s Arms

Longtime viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will remember Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) “died” twice, and nearly died giving birth to Phoebe and her fraternal twin Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood). Taylor was presumed to be dead after she was kidnapped by Prince Omar Rashid (Kabir Bedi) and returned alive several years later, and once when she was “dead” she even appeared as a ghost and still came back alive and not a ghost!

Fans of The Bold and The Beautiful have pointed to lots of mentions of Phoebe recently since Taylor has returned, but with Steffy and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) trying to reunite their parents ala “Parent Trap” that is not all that surprising. Thomas recently wished that Phoebe could be there for their parents’ reunion, but again, when a family reunites missing members are frequently brought up; he could just as easily wished that their late grandmother Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) could have been there.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Phoebe Forrester Died In Her Father’s Arms

Longtime viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will recall Phoebe died in Ridge Forrester’s (then Ronn Moss, now Thorsten Kaye) arms as a young woman, thrown from a car in a wreck. Rick Forrester (Jacob Young) was driving the car and it came out later that they had been arguing, and the argument was thought to have caused the wreck. Phoebe was a singer, and she was a touring singer and Ridge didn’t approve of her relationship with Rick. Ridge was proven right when Phoebe and Rick’s relationship ended when he slept with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). She left when her singing career took off and when she returned she found out he’d dated her mother and then her sister, and this is what caused the argument resulting in the fatal wreck, Phoebe having jumped in his car.
