Moving out of the penthouse and putting it up for sale is Chelsea’s way of moving on. However, that doesn’t mean she won’t be sad about saying goodbye. After all, Chelsea has a lot of memories attached to the place she called home.

As Chelsea remembers all the moments in the penthouse she had with Adam and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), she will get emotional. In Friday’s episode, Chelsea will get support and comfort from Rey. However, fans must wonder if this will be a platonic friendship type of comfort, or if it could lead to something more.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Adam will be dining with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) when he sees Ashland. Adam excuses himself and approaches the con artist. Adam tells Ashland to leave town. Of course, Ashland won’t take orders from anyone, especially Adam. That is when Adam resorts to his old tricks and uses Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez). When Harrison is mentioned, Ashland blows a gasket.

Victor has accomplished one goal and that is to make Victoria see the truth about Ashland. However, Ashland is still a threat to the Newman legacy. Victoria and Ashland signed documents making the “Locke-ness Monster” co-CEO of Newman/Locke. Plus, until Victoria gets a divorce signed by a judge, she entire fortune could be at risk.

Remember, Ashland didn’t earn his wealth from hard work or wise investments. Ashland got it fraudulently after his mentor died. Could Ashland plan on doing something similar before Victoria divorces him?
