General Hospital viewers know he’s been in prison in Memphis, Tennessee for nearly ten years, and prison could have changed him!

General Hospital Spoilers – Steve Webber Is Jeff Webber’s Oldest Son With Heather Webber

Steve Webber, who started out life as PJ Taylor, adopted son of Peter and Diana Taylor (Craig Huebing, Brooke Bundy) was the illegitimate son of Jeff Webber (Richard Dean Anderson) and Heather Grant (Robin Mattsson). Later on, Heather Grant became Heather Webber when she and Jeff married; Steve is Elizabeth’s half-brother through Jeff, and Franco’s half-brother through Heather.

General Hospital viewers will also recall that about ten years ago, just as he was about to marry Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) now Olivia Quartermaine, he was arrested on a murder charge and extradited to Memphis, Tennessee. The murder, however, could have been considered a form of mercy killing; in Memphis he had a patient, who was doing a life sentence for murder and in a coma, whom he deliberately killed so that a fourteen-year-old girl could get a transplant from him to save her life. He had also been blackmailed by Johnny Zacchara (Brandon Barash) over the killing in Memphis into selling organs on the black market.

GH Spoilers – Hard Time In Prison Could Have Brought The Crazy Out In Steve Webber

Hard time in prison can change many people and it seemed like even though a lot of Franco’s crazy came from his brain tumors, some of it came from his mother, and it could be the same for Steve. Franco’s crazy came back out when he locked Elizabeth’s rapist in a dog cage and held him captive because he went near Elizabeth, and frightened her – needless to say, that put a crimp in their burgeoning romance since she didn’t approve of his protection methods! General Hospital viewers can imagine that Steve’s crazy may have come out in prison, and if he has been released and come to Port Charles he may be keeping himself a secret! On the other hand, maybe Steve has developed a brain tumor that is making him crazy like Franco’s first one did him; it all depends on the part of the brain affected.

General Hospital Spoilers – Why Would Steve Webber Leave Reminders Of Franco Baldwin And Want His Sister To Remember?

General Hospital viewers might wonder why Steve would gaslight Elizabeth with reminders of her marriage to Franco? Steve and Franco certainly knew of one another; being in Port Charles for a portion of the same time, although they never knew they were half-brothers while Steve was in town. It’s questionable if Steve knows now, unless Heather has been keeping in touch with him – but Steve hated her as much as Franco did, although he didn’t bury her alive! Franco may not have known he had a half-brother through their mother either – he was never mentioned by Elizabeth, but when Steve was in town they worked together and she had no problems with him. Perhaps, since Elizabeth wants to forget her parents, and Steve was close to Jeff, he is worried she’ll forget him using reminders of Franco and either a brain tumor or inherited crazy from Heather might be influencing him!
