General Hospital Spoilers: Valentin Confides His Devious Plans To Anna!

General Hospital spoilers tease that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) seems to have fallen in line with his father, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). For reasons currently unknown, Valentin put the Ice Princess diamond in the possession of Jennifer Smith (Holly Gagnier), effectively framing her for the murder of Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) and taking suspicion off Victor. While it seems that Valentin is now working for Victor, there is likely more to the situation than meets the eye. And as Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) grows more suspicious, Valentin may have to tell Anna his true motives.

It wasn’t all that long ago that Victor revealed to a disbelieving Valentin that he was Valentin’s true father, making him a real Cassadine. But as much as Victor professed his fatherly love it didn’t stop him from having Valentin kidnapped and beaten in order to keep him from finding out the truth about Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storm). This kept Valentin from being able to exact revenge against Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Valentin was seriously injured and had to go out of town to recuperate. But before he left, Victor made a show of saving Valentin’s daughter from Peter.

GH Spoilers – Valentin Cassadine Appears To Be Fully On Victor Cassadine’s Side!

Victor has been trying to unify the Cassadine against an upcoming threat. He has met with little success, so Valentin’s change of heart isn’t really believable. That’s likely why he helped Victor frame Jennifer for Luke’s murder. He needed to do something big to get Victor to trust him. But he will have a much more difficult time trying to convince Anna.

General Hospital Spoilers – Anna Devane Will Doubt Valentin Cassadine’s change of heart!

Although he may be able to convince Victor, Anna won’t buy it quite so easily. Using their attraction in her favor, Anna will question Valentin. And although he may do his best to convince her that he now supports Victor, Anna will remain doubtful. Eventually, she will likely get Valentin to admit that he is playing Victor in order to find out exactly what his father is up to! But will having Valentin on the inside make any difference in stopping Victor?
